On 1949 French entrepreneurs decided to venture in the oil industry, becoming successful swiftly. They build their own manufacturing facility in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico with modern infrastructure and a fully equipped quality control laboratory. Soon after they launched a product line under the ROUX brand, which is nowadays highly regarded throughout Latin America and among the Top 10 in the lubricant business in Mexico.

The future for Roux Industrial Group is bright thanks to our solid foundations that over more than 60 years had enabled us to bring to the market products with the utmost quality; such as motor and industrial oils, grease, aerosol products, additives, antifreeze and a large assortment of specialties supported with full-scale infrastructure, innovation and a comprehensive R&D policy; always aiming to stay ahead, comply with the most demanding international specifications and to match our target market needs.

We have the following equipment:

• Storage tanks for over a million liters of raw materials.

• Finished product storage area of 11,000 mt².

• Modern filling and labelling lines.

• Specialized aerosol manufacturing and filling facility (automotive chemicals, paint, additives and food grade).

• Blending facility for motor, industrial and transformer oils, lubricating grease and asphalts.

 

Installed capacity to manufacture per month:

• 3 million liters of oil.

• 1 million kilograms of grease.

• 1.5 million cans of aerosol products.
